As you can see progress is well under way building the new #film and #photography darkrooms at the @folkhouse #Bristol (where I teach on Thursdays). There was always a room under the courtyard area – this is now being excavated and then tanked ready for the installation of the darkroom.
Some of the equipment has come from the St Paul’s Learning and Family Centre in #Bristol which has an uncertain future. The aim is to have the@folkhouse #Bristol darkroom open in the summer
This is great news for #Bristol as #darkrooms are now rare – there are now very few outside London so I’m sure the #workshops and #membership will be popular
